Myanmar’s women’s chinlone team has provided additional motivation
for the host country’s athletes, as the side claimed the first gold of
the 27th SEA Games.
The medal was won in the primary level same skills event, with
Myanmar finishing ahead of second place Thailand by some 160 points.
Myanmar bested the Thai team’s score in each of the three sets of the final.
