The Indonesian Under-23 team has penciled in friendlies against
Hong Kong, China and Jordan in November as part of their preparation for
the SEA Games that will be held in Myanmar on 11-22 December.
The team is fresh from winning the silver medal at the Islamic Solidarity Games (ISG) in di Palembang, where they lost to Morocco in the final.
“We have arranged for four friendly matches in November
before we return to Jakarta just ten days before the start of the SEA
Games,” said Indonesian coach Rahmad Darmawan.”It is possible that we
will play one or two more games before we leave for Myanmar.”
Centralised training will begin this week in Jogjakarta where the plan is to play against local teams.
